THREE YEARS OF TRANSFORMATION
Five connected investments. One stronger foundation for the children of Likamba and the community around them.
Since 2024, Likamba Primary School has made measurable progress toward a healthier, safer, and more supportive learning environment for its 575 enrolled children. Meal coverage has risen from 25% to 100%, reported hunger has fallen from 75% to 0%, and reliable water access has grown from 2% to 100%. With improved sanitation, classrooms, and learning resources, these gains reflect the power of sustained community partnership and donor support.
01 / NOURISHMENT
A daily school meal helps children learn without hunger. Our kitchen supports the feeding program, while a planned hen house will help strengthen long-term food security.

02 / HEALTH & DIGNITY
Reliable water now serves the school, while NCDF's water projects reach the wider community. Newly built girls’ and boys’ toilets offer greater privacy, safety, hygiene and dignity.

03 / EDUCATION
Eleven refurbished classrooms, improved furniture and learning resources have created more welcoming places to study. School participation and completion remain central measures.

04 / SUSTAINABILITY
Solar panels brought electricity to the school, creating new possibilities for teaching, administration and reliable internet connectivity in a rural setting.

Through a student art program, children discover new ways to tell their stories, build confidence and share their creativity with supporters around the world.

Dear Friends, Partners, & Supporters,
It is my honor to share with you another year of progress, hope, and partnership through the Ndifo Community Development Foundation.
When I first came upon Likamba Primary School, I saw children who were eager to learn, but who were trying to do so in conditions no child should have to face. What moved me most was not only what was missing, but what was already there: determination, dignity, and the bright spirit of children who believed education could transform their lives.
Because of you, this past year has brought real and visible change. Together, we continued improving Likamba Primary School into a safer, healthier, and more hopeful place for learning.
